Lower Columbia College Red Devils

Janet Amrine was one of the first great female athletes at LCC. In 1965 and 1966, she participated in basketball, volleyball and tennis. She went on to play basketball, tennis and gymnastics,at Central Washington University., Amrine later served as the LCC Head Volleyball Coach from 1975-1977. She was a long time coach in the Longview School District serving in a number of roles in a number of sports. She was also a long time P.E. teacher as well.
