Red Devil Hall of Fame
Bob Rose played on the 1967 and 1968 Red Devil baseball team coached by Oscar Lemiere. The Castle Rock native attended to Oregon College of Education (now Western Oregon University). Back in his home area, Rose became a legend in the referee circles. He refereed college and prep football, college and high school basketball and others sports for over 50 years. His affable nature and sharp eye made him one of the top ranked officials. He was the lead referee in multiple NCAA championship football
games. While taking his craft to the highest levels, he remains active as an LCC Booster Club member.
