In the opening game of the series against Everett, the Red Devils fell just short in a tight 4-3 contest.
Cerenity Fake took the loss in the circle, tossing four innings and allowing just one earned run on four hits while striking out one batter. The Lower Columbia offense managed seven hits in the game, highlighted by a double from Gabi Silveria and a crucial home run from Shaz Ancheta. The fireworks from Ancheta came in the bottom of the sixth inning; following a defensive shuffle where Avery Garvey briefly subbed in at first base before Ancheta returned to take over at third, Ancheta immediately stepped up to the plate and blasted a solo home run to drive in a run.
Despite excellent relief pitching from Aava Eib, who struck out three batters over two scoreless innings, Lower Columbia could not close the gap.
Lower Columbia quickly flipped the script in the second game against Everett, bouncing back to secure a commanding 5-0 shutout victory.
Ava Eib was absolutely masterful in the circle to earn the win, overpowering the Everett lineup with nine strikeouts over five scoreless innings while surrendering a mere two hits.
Zoey Hughes locked down the save, striking out two batters across two flawless innings in relief.
The offense clicked to the tune of five runs on seven hits. Danika Hallom was a massive catalyst at the plate, ripping two doubles and driving in two runs. Avery Garvey also joined the extra-base hit parade with a double, while Shaz Ancheta consistently applied pressure and recorded an RBI.

Sunday brought a fresh challenge against Edmonds, resulting in a tough 4-2 defeat for the Red Devils in the first game of the doubleheader.
Ava Eib took the loss but still showcased impressive swing-and-miss stuff, racking up ten strikeouts over six innings while allowing two earned runs on ten hits.
The Red Devils tallied seven hits in the matchup, paced by Gabi Silveria, who legged out a triple and finished the game with two hits. Jaime Haase also contributed a double to the Lower Columbia attack. Kennedy Selander and Alisyn Parkin each drove in a run for the Devils, with Parkin's RBI coming via a sacrifice fly.
The second game of the doubleheader against Edmonds evolved into an absolute slugfest before being unexpectedly halted. With the score deadlocked at 10-10 in the fifth inning, the game was suspended due to an injury to an Edmonds player. The high-scoring affair will be finished at a date that is still to be determined.
