The Lower Columbia College men's basketball team has reached the NWAC Final Four.

The Devils tightened the defense and showed poise down the stretch as they beat Mt. Hood 85-78 on Friday March 10th in Everett.

The Devils will take on Walla Walla in a Final Four matchup on Saturday March 18th, also at Everett CC.

Keun Palu-Thompson led the Devils in the Elite Eight win over Mt. Hood. Her scored 23 points, had seven rebounds and collected three steals.

Devin Johnson was a force with 15 points, seven boards and six assists from the post.

Brandon Cotton emerged as a confident reserve guard in the tournament as he scored 17 and it all three of his three point attempts.

Spencer Sweet added 14 and
Marcus Lord led in rebounding with eight.

The Saints led the Devils 38-36 at halftime. LCC then outscored Hood 49-40 in the second half to punch the return ticket to Everett.

The Devils and Warriors will meet in the 8 pm semi-final game Saturday March 18th.
