(Bellevue, WA) – In one of the most complete victories of the season, the Lower Columbia men's basketball team went on the road and beat second ranked Bellevue 78-50 on Saturday December 30
th.
Malik Brown led the balanced LCC attack with 13 points, five rebounds and two assists.
Brown's jumper and following three-point play triggered a Red Devils first half run that got the team ahead 39-29 at the half. LCC then put another 39 point half together and won going away.
Kobe Parlin and
Kaden Horn had 12 points each.
Carter McCoy had nine points, eight rebounds, two assists and three steals.
David Young had nine points, five boards and four steals.
Jonah Zeller also scored nine points with four rebounds. LCC outrebounded the Bulldogs 42-34.
Camryn Berry had eight points, three rebounds and two blocks.
Keshawn Lewis had six points and four retrievals.
The second ranked Red Devils are now 11-2 on the season. The team returns to action Friday January 5
th with a home game against Shoreline. Tip off is set for 5 pm.
