(Vancouver, WA) Lower Columbia vs Clark is always a good match and Wednesday nights match lived up to that with the Devils and Penguins going to a fifth set at the Thompson Fitness Center in Vancouver, WA.
The Red Devils started off strong taking the first two set 25-20 and 25-20. Then the Penguins roared back to take the third set 25-18. Set four was a back and forth battle but Clark had an 8-0 points run that proved to be to much for the Devils to overcome as the Penguins took the set 25-18 to force a fifth and deciding set. Once again the fifth was a back and forth match with some great shots by both squads but it was the Red Devils that made the right lineup changes to get the 15-13 win and take the match 3-2.
