(Lacey, WA) Red Devils soccer remains undefeated in West Region play after a 2-0 win vs South Puget Sound on Wednesday, October 26.
Lower Columbia out shot South Puget Sound 21 to 5 on Wednesday afternoon but only managed to have two of those find the back of the net.

Molly Romanchock had the first goal for LCC in the 20th minute, assisted by sophomore
Libby Brown. In total, the Devils had 15 shots in the first half.
The second half continued much like the first, found Lower Columbia getting great looks but just unable to find pay dirt. This was until the 54th minute when Brown found Natajia Blaylock in front of an open goal for the tap in.
The win keeps Lower Columbia (11-0-4/13-2-5 overall) a top the standings of the NWAC West Region with 37 points. Highline (36 points) and Clark (34 points) held at 2nd and 3rd with wins this week.
The final match of the regular season for Lower Columbia is on Saturday, October 29, at Centralia. A win vs the Trailblazers would give the Devils their first West Region Championship since 1998.
