Linn Benton was able to withstand several Lower Columbia Red Devil rallies as the Roadrunners came away with a 3-0 victory Tuesday August 31^st in Albany.
 
Shalyn Gray had 15 kills to lead the LB sweep by scores of 25-19, 25-18 and 25-22.
 
Olivia Kelzenberg and Angela Sullivan had five kills each to lead LCC.
 
Camryn Wilson had four kills and five digs.
 
Ashley Noah was the top setter on the afternoon with 12 assists.
 
Emma Nelson had 15 digs.
 
The Devils are 1-1 on the young season and they will be busy the rest of the week.  Chemeketa comes to Longview for a 5:00 pm match on Thursday September 2^nd.  The Devils will then host a three team affair on Friday September 3^rd.  Clark and Edmonds will meet at 1 pm Friday.  LCC and Edmonds tangle at 4 pm followed by the Devils and Clark at 7 pm.
