Lower Columbia volleyball extended their win streak to three on Friday, October 11, with a 3-0 win over the Centralia Trailblazers.
The Trailblazers challenged the Devils and made them work for every point in a match that had several long volleys with some amazing digs to extend the plays. One such play came at the end of the first set when
Camryn Wilson dove to get the dig, hitting the ball into the net.
Kiana Scott then dove to hit the ball out of the net and back to Camryn, who hit it from her knees, to get the kill and give the Devils the set win 28-26. LCC went on to win set two 25-22 and set three 25-18.

Ashlynn Cantwell and
Kiana Scott lead the way for LCC. Brotherton had 8 kills and 5 blocks, Cantwell had 6 kills and 8 digs, and Scott had 5 kills, 3 Blocks and 4 digs.
LCC combined for 10 Service Aces with
Paige Moorcroft hitting four of them. The Devils as a team have 149 aces on the season, 6th in the NWAC.

Emma Nelson, continued to be outstanding in the back court with 20 digs.
The win moves the Devils into a tie for second place in the NWAC West Region. Both Lower Columbia and Highline are 4-1 in the West with their only losses coming against the Pierce Raiders.
Lower Columbia has a tough stretch ahead of them as they will be facing the top teams in the west all on the road. First up is Highline on Wednesday, October 16, followed by South Puget Sound of Wednesday, October 23, and then the Pierce Raiders on Friday, October 25, all matches have a 7:00 pm start time.
