LCC Women's basketball extended their win streak to four with an 80-68 win over Highline College on Saturday, January 26, 2019.
 
The Thunderbirds came out strong outscoring the Devils 36-31 in the first half but the second half belong to the Devils. For the third and fourth quarters, LCC out-scored Highline 49-34.
 
The Devils had four players with double-digit point totals. Emily Packham put up an impressive 18 points with 5 rebounds and 3 assist. Kenya Lorton continued to shine with 16 pts and 5 rbs. Nizhoni Wheeler came off the bench to score 16 pts and pull down 4 boards. Shasta Lofgren also had a good night with 15 pts, 8 rbs and 3 ast.
 
Jerri Maluyo had 7 pts & 8 rbs and Melenaite Kata had 6 pts.
 
The Thunderbirds top scorer was Jasmina Lafitaga with 18 pts, 10 rbs and 3 ast.
