The Lower Columbia College volleyball team will be at the party.
The Devils defeated Grays Harbor 3-2 on Friday October 26th, clinching a berth into the NWAC Championship tournament.
The match against Grays Harbor came down to a fifth and deciding set, won by LCC 15-6. The Devils had to rally from down 2-1 to get the win.
The set scores were 25-20, 21-25, 25-27, 25-18 and 15-6.
Cassidy Thompson led the attack with 16 kills.Â
Megan Miller also came up with 12 kills.
Macey Wright had 42 assists and she also served three aces.
Ashlynn Cantwell had 15 digs and
Maddie Stimmel had 14.
The Devils go to 26-6 overall and 9-2 in the West. LCC remains tied with Highline for second place.
Lower Columbia and Highline will play for sole possession of second when they meet Wednesday October 31st, a Halloween showdown in Des Moines. The first serve is slated for 7 pm.Â
