Box Score The Lower Columbia College volleyball team was grinding over a modest two match losing streak.
They embraced the grind with a 3-0 sweep over Mt. Hood on Thursday September 7th.
The set scores were 25-18, 25-21 and 25-20.
The match was moved to Longview because Mt. Hood has provided shelter at their gym for victims of the Eagle Creek Fire.
Megan Miller led the Devils attack with 12 kills. Miller had a .296 kill percentage.
Nina Bailey did her thing with eight kills, Ninja Style!
Khloe Clark had 21 digs.Â
Olivia Conradi led the setters with 15 assists and
Macey Wright added 11.
Hanna Spears led Mt. Hood with 13 kills.
LCC returns to action on Monday September 11th when they host the Skagit Valley Cardinals in a 4 pm match.
