The slogan "Once A Devil, Always A Devil" was in full force on Saturday December 2nd.
13 former LCC players came back to Myklebust Gym and showed that they still have it. In the end, the current Red Devils came away with a 78-65 victory.
Madison Crews led LCC with 19 points, six rebounds and six assists.
Hayley Niles had 16 points and 11 rebounds.Â
Tywanna Abbott scored 12 and
Nizhoni Wheeler had 10.
But the focus was on the former Devils of the past.
Mollee Schwegler, Arneshia Smith and Tiffany Tornow each had 11 points to lead the Alumni.
Schwegler also added seven rebounds and 10 assists.
Kaylea Knox had nine points.
Also playing and contributing were Carissa Cannon, Lacey Seidl, Sadie Salte, Nes Selava, Donniesha Webber, Olivia Doerr, Amanda Britt, Autumn Moorcroft and Sam Boyce.
The Devils led by just two at halftime as the Alumni team coached by Darren Schwegler were thinking upset. But the current Devils used an 18-8 third quarter to take control.
LCc returns to action on Friday December 8th at the Everett Classic where they will defende last season's Everett championship.
