A rough start and a struggling first half did in the Red Devils as they lost to Everett 80-65 in the semi-finals of the 31st Red Devil Classic on Saturday November 25th.

The Trojans went up 7-2 and showed that they were serious about winning the tournament for a second straight year.  Down 41-29 at half, the Devils made a couple of runs but Everett was up up to the challenge.

Connor Moffatt had 20 and Markieth Brown Jr. added 19 to lead the Trojans.

The Devils were led by the 17 points of Spencer Sweet. Sweet also had nine rebounds and two steals.

Brandon Cotton had 12 points, five rebounds and five assists.

Dwayne Stewart scored 10 off the Red Devil bench.

LCC will close out the tournament with a 1 pm game with Olympic on Sunday November 26th.  You can watch the game on DevilVision at lccreddevils.com. The game will also be heard on AM 1490 KLOG and klog.com.
