Spirit Night went pretty Sweet. As in
Spencer Sweet.
Sweet had 19 points to lead the Red Devils to a 71-54 win over rival Centralia on Wednesday January 25th. With the victory, the Devils go to 5-0 in the West and 15-4 overall.
Sweet added five rebounds in leading the way.
Devin Johnson was big in the post with a double-double, 14 points and 13 rebounds. He also was a force on the defensive end with six blocked shots and three steals.
Marcus Lord had 11 points and seven boards.
Brandon Cotton continues his resurgence with seven points. Brandon's cousin Elijiah Cotton-Welch had two points, three rebounds and three assists.
The Devils had 10 second chance points while the Trailblazers had none.

Jim Roffler told TDN reporter Rick McCorkle "We've worked hard to put ourselves in the position to be 5-0 and the second-ranked team in the NWAC. With every game, the next one is bigger."Â He also added, "We have to take things more serious and listen better."
The leading scorer for the Trailblazers was Jaden White who finished with 19 points.
The next game is Saturday January 28th at Grays Harbor. The Chokers have moved their games on campus after years of playing at Aberdeen High School. The tip-off is set for 4:00 pm and the game can be heard on AM 1490 KLOG locally and worldwide on klog.com.
The next home game is huge as South Puget Sound, currently tied with the Red Devils at 5-0, comes to town on Wednesday February 1st, 8 pm.
