The Lower Columbia College volleyball team raised its record to 12-3 on the season with a 3-1 win over Mt. Hood on Tuesday September 13th.

The Devils were playing without captain Rachel Erickson, who is taking some time off to rest an injured leg.  Nina Bailey and others were battling some injuries. But despite struggling at times against the Saints, LCC got the job done.

The set scores were 25-18, 18-25, 25-23 and 25-11.

Kallie Schmit led the attack with 14 kills. She also had 16 digs.  Freshman Brooke Mosier had a solid match with 11 kills.  Haylee Savage had a match-high 28 assists.

The Devils will have to step up their game when they host undefeated Linn Benton at 5 pm Wednesday September 14th.  The Roadrunners come into the match at Myklebust Gym with a 15-0 record.
