The Lower Columbia volleyball team defeated the Columbia Basin Hawks in a three-set sweep on Wednesday August 31st at Myklebust Gym.
Kallie Schmit had 19 kills to lead the way. The sophomore transfer also had 13 digs to lead LCC in both catagories.
The Devils won by set scores of 25-14, 25-23 and 25-21.
Every LCC player got plenty of playing time as the Devils were playing an 8th match over six days.
Kylie Reinholdt had six kills and
Rachel Erickson and Jessi Marinetti had five each.
Haylee Savage had 29 assists to lead in that catagory.Â
Jessalyn Caddel had eight assists in a solid seconce set performance.
Jocelyn Moore led the way with three blocks.
The Devils busy stretch of matches continues on Thursday September 1st as they host the Clackamas Cougars in 7 pm action at Myklebust Gym.
The Devils will play two matches on the road Saturday September 3rd at Everett (12pm) and Edmonds (4 pm).
