The LCC volleyball team has started the season 2-0 after dispatching another four year JV team.
The Devils defeated the Pacific University JV's 3-1 on Tuesday September 1st. The set scores were 25-20, 22-25, 25-12 and 25-5.
After the second set slip, LCC dominated the final two sets and used a team attack to do it.
Rachel Erickson led the way with 12 kills, four aces and seven digs.Â
Kaysee Wohl had nine kills and seven digs.Â
Zoey Mohr had seven kills.
Alexa Bond had an outstanding match with 16 digs.Â
Haylee Savage led the assist catagory with 15 and
Kelsey Brown added 10.
Sierra Addicott had a strong overall match with four kills, five aces, seven digs and three blocks.
The Devils turn around quckly and host the Clark Penguins on Wednesday September 2nd. Clark is now a member of the NWAC South Region after years as a West rival with LCC. The first serve at Myklebust Gym is 6 pm.
