With the meat of the West Region schedule in front of them, the LCC Red Devil baseball team swept four games from Centralia to remain unbeaten in division play.
Saturday the Devils hosted Centralia and beat the Blazers 11-1 and 11-0. Sunday LCC took two at Wheeler Field 10-5 and 9-1.
In Saturday's opener, Tanner Olson allowed four hits, two walks and four strikeouts in a six inning performance for the win. Peyton Burks closed it out with a scoreless inning in the mercy rule victory.
Chris Rogers hit a three run homer in the series opener.
Kade Kryzsko was on-point in the second game, lowering his ERA to 0.58 with a five-inning, two-hit complete game.
The Devils scored all of their runs in the second inning, an 11 run frame. Lorin Archibald had an RBI double and Ryan Littlefield added a two-run triple in the 11 hit inning. Michael Forgione and Ryan Enquist each had two hits.
Sunday the Devils picked up where they left off as they had 22 hits in the two games at Centralia.
In the opener, Ryan Littlefield had three hits including a home run and three RBI's. Seaver Whalen also went deep and drove in three with two basehits.
Jeremy Rabauliman got the win, pitching into the sixth before running into trouble.
The Devils offense exploded in the mid innings of the second game. Whalen stayed hot going 3-4 with an RBI and three runs scored. Michael Forgione was 3 for 4 and Tanner Marty was 2-3 with two RBI.
Alex Torson got the win giving up just four hits in six innings. Joel Worden provided a clean inning to mop it up.
The Devils are now 17-0 in the West. The toughest tests are ahead as a four game series with third place Pierce is this weekend. The Devils play the Raiders at Mount Tahoma HS on Saturday at 1 pm. LCC then hosts Pierce in a twin bill on Sunday, 1 pm at Story Field.
