T-BIRDS COLLECT WIN OVER THE DEVILS
Down 13 at the half, the LCC Red Devil rallied in the second half to take the lead but Highline recovered and came away with a 77-63 victory on Saturday February 1st.
The loss dropped the Devils to 5-5 in league play, but still in playoff contention.
Sophomore
Mana Niu led LCC with 18 points on 7 of 12 shooting.
Cameron Howell had 12 points for the Devils.
Doug McDaniel had 21 points to lead the Thunderbirds, who take over sole possesion of third place. The Devils are tied for the 4th spot.
The league-unbeaten Clark Penguins come to Longview for a big game Wednesday February 5th. Game time at the Mark Morris Gym is 8 pm.
It's Red Canoe Credit Union Night and ASLCC Spirit Night. The Red Canoe will conduct the halftime paper airplane contest. The ASLCC Students will provide pizza and giveways and will also present the Trail Blazer Break Dancers at halftime.
Tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for seniors and youth. LCC students, faculty and staff get in free with their LCC ID's.
The game will be heard live on the internet at klog.com beginning at 7:55 pm.
