Meet Ella:

Why did you choose to become a Red Devil?
I chose to become a Red Devil because they have a good volleyball program. I wanted to continue to play volleyball after high school. I’m thankful to get the opportunity to play for LCC and stay close to home.

What is your greatest athletic achievement or memory so far?
My favorite memory that I have while playing volleyball was playing for R. A. Long my senior year and getting the opportunity to go to state. Also my senior year I received MVP All League award 

Do you have any pre-game rituals or superstitions?
Before each game I have an order I like to put on my knee pads, ankle braces and shoes. 

Who is your favorite professional athlete or biggest role model, and why?
My favorite professional athlete is Zoe Jarvis, because of her commitment to volleyball and her positive attitude on and off the court. 

What is your personal goal for the upcoming season?
One personal goal I have for this season is to continue to develop my skills while also learning new skills. I also plan to bring a positive attitude to the team.

A go-to artist in my playlist is Drake.

Favorite movie, TV show, or pop-culture obsession: 
My favorite movies are Star Wars, specifically Phantom Menace.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
If I had a superpower I would chose teleportation so I could visit my Aunt in California more often.

What is your ultimate post-game meal?
My post-game meal has to be spaghetti.

Do you have any hidden talents?
I would say drawing is one of my hidden talents.

If you were stranded on a deserted island, what three things would you bring?
I would bring a cold sprite, my bunny stuffed animal, and some purple grapes.
