Ada Williams enters her third year as an LCC Assistant Softball Coach.
Coach Williams played three years for the Red Devils and Coach Fuller in 2020-2022, earning a third season as part of the Covid eligibility era. She was a fixture in the middle of the batting lineup, while playing third base, first base, DP and pitcher. Two career highlights include hitting a grand slam at Bellevue in her first-ever college game in 2020 and then two weeks later pitching a shutout over Treasure Valley.
After earning an AA at Lower Columbia in 2022, a knee injury forced an early retirement from the sport she loves. Coach Williams went on to earn her Bachelor's degree in Education at Central Washington University and is in her second year of teaching math at Monticello Middle School in Longview.
Prior to coming to LCC, Coach Williams was an outstanding softball and volleyball player at Napavine (WA) High School, playing softball under her dad, Coach Chad Williams for the Tigers.
