Meet Joe:
Why did you choose to become a Red Devil?
I choose to become a Red Devil because of their historic success and sports focused approach, to develop and send athletes on to higher levels.Â
What is your greatest athletic achievement or memory so far?
My greatest memory playing baseball just has to be my senior season and playing along side the guys I had known for 4 years, becoming a brotherhood and making a run at state.Â
Do you have any pre-game rituals or superstitions?Â
I put on my right sock then left sock and always tape my wrists, left wrist first then right.Â
Who is your favorite professional athlete or biggest role model, and why?
I’d say my favorite professional athlete who can additionally serve as a role model is Bryce Harper due to the fact he plays with a confidence and consistency that you strive for. He came into the sport young and continuously developed and matured into a more complete player and person, which is ultimately the goal.Â
What is your personal goal for the upcoming season?
My personal goal is to continuously progress throughout the fall and into the season and demonstrate my ability to help the Red Devs win another title. Â
Go-to hype song or artist on your warm-up playlist:
My go to hype song would typically be something by Kodak Black though it changes from day to day and could range from reggaeton to deaftones.Â
Favorite movie, TV show, or pop-culture obsession:Â
I’d have to say my favorite series has to be Harry Potter.Â
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
I’d have the ability to teleport anywhere in the world and anytime in history.Â
What is your ultimate post-game meal?
My ultimate post game meal would be a medium-rare steak with a cesar salad and sweet potato.Â
Do you have any hidden talents?Â
I can solve a Rubik’s cube.Â
If you were stranded on a deserted island, what three things would you bring?
I would probably bring a bow to hunt or pole to fish, a water filter to drink, and a flint and steel to make fire.Â
