The Lower Columbia College volleyball team defeated the Shoreline Dolphins 3-0 in a match that was listed at 1 hour and 20 minutes. If it wasn't for some scoring delays, it may have been completed sooner.
The Devils had a balanced net attack and it was efficient. LCC's kill percentage was .237.Â
Camryn Wilson and
Josie Dew had six kills each.Â
Angela Sullivan had five kills and
Olivia Kelzenberg had four put-aways.
Ashley Noah celebrated her birthday by collecting 15 assists. Â
Amanda Holm had 10 assists.
Emma Nelson was her usual outstanding self with 16 digs.
Emily Borgstedt had four kills and a match-high three blocks.
The set scores were 25-17, 25-23 and 25-11.
Lower Columbia snapped a two match losing streak to raise its record to 5-3.
The Devils have a few days off before they begin league play Wednesday September 22nd against South Puget Sound. The match begins at 6:00 pm at Myklebust Gymnasium.
