Chinedu Nnadi led a balanced scoring attack to lead the Lower Columbia women's basketball team to an 81-37 victory over Tacoma on Tuesday April 20th.

It was a mismatch from the start as LCC led 15-4 after one quarter and cruised to the easy victory.

Nnadi had 18 points on 8 for 16 shooting.  She also played good defense and had three steals on the night.

Danica Schmidt had a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.   Danica also had five steals proving that Schmidt happens.

Taya Gouley got an extended run of 19 minutes and scored 12 points, a college career high.

Raegan Henry hit the boards, collecting 10 rebounds to go with her six points.  Four other Devils had six points including Kenzie Ramsey, Tommia Pakootas, Michaela Harris and Eastyn Reeves.  Reeves also had five rebounds, four assists and three thefts.

Jazlynn Novelli had nine points, three assists and three steals.

Every Red Devil player logged at least 12 minutes of playing time.

Makanalani Montoya was the games leading scorer with 25 for Tacoma.

The Devils are 2-0 as they travel to Des Moines for a game at Highline Friday afternoon. Game time is set for 5:30 pm.
