The Pierce Raiders have a special season going and they came up with another sweep in NWAC West Region play, a 3-0 victory over the Lower Columbia Red Devils on Friday October 25
th.

But the sweep doesn't tell the complete story. Despite taking all three sets, the Raiders only outscored the Red Devils by six points.  The set scores were 25-23, 28-26 and 25-23.

Kava Durr, the Fresno State transfer, put her incredible skills on display as she had 19 kills to lead the Raiders. Pierce is now 28-2 and 7-0 in the West.

Zoe Naugle led the Devils at the net with 11 kills.Â
Kiana Scott added eight kills and
Paige Moorcroft and
Desarae Reab had seven kills each.

Camryn Wilson had 20 assists.
Emma Nelson had 15 digs.

The Devils are now 21-12 overall and 5-3 in West play. LCC has a bye on Wednesday and then return to action Friday November 1
st against the Green River Gators. The match at Myklebust Gym in the Stoller Athletic Center begins at 7 pm.
