Box Score The Pierce Raiders made a first half goal hold up as they held off the Lower Columbia women's soccer team 1-0 on Wednesday September 26th.
Under sunny skies and warm temperatures at Heritage Park in Puyallup, the Devils certainly had their chances. LCC and Pierce each had seven shots on goal, but the Devils had six corner kicks to just one for Pierce. LCC couldn't take advantage of the opportunities.
Lakeisha Rembert's goal at 39' got it done for the Raiders.

The Devils drop below Pierce in the West Region standings. LCC is 2-3-1 in league, 4-5-2 overall. The Raiders get three big points (9) to move into fourth place. The Devils with seven points slip to 5th.
LCC will try and bounce back with a third straight road match next Wednesday October 4th at Centralia, 7 pm.
The Devils have Saturday September 30th off.
