With temperatures in the mid 90's, Longview, Washington was the site for the Warriors 4-0 victory over Lower Columbia in NWAC women's soccer on Monday August 28th.

Haley Wammock scored a goal in each half to lead the Walla Walla victory.

The Warriors were ahead 3-0 at halftime and added a final goal in the final minute.

Kayla Willis had two shots on goal, but the Devils could muster just five shots at the net.

Devil goalkeeper Kennedy Werner had six saves.

LCC head coach Harlan Cruser used the non-league game to get a good look at all of his players. There were mass substitutions for opportunity and for dealing with the heat.

It will be another hot one on Wednesday August 30th as the Devils play host to Chemeketa. The first kick is at 2 pm at Northlake Field.
