Devils Collect Road Point At Centralia

Box Score The Lower Columbia women's soccer team gave up an early goal to Centralia on Wednesday October 4th.  It took awhile, but the Devils came up with a match tying goal in the second half and came away with a 1-1 tie at Centralia High School.

Ashlynn Willis scored the equalizer in the 55th minute on an assist by Emily McCoy.  The teams then battled back and forth after that, settling for a West Region push.

Kennedy Werner had seven saves in goal for LCC.

The Devils added to the point total, now eight on the season. The Devils are in 4th place, four points behind Pierce.

LCC is now 4-5-3 overall and 2-3-2 in league.

Lower Columbia returns home after spending the last three matches on the road.  The Green River Gators come to Northlake Field Saturday October 7th with a 12 noon start.
