Hayden Gerlach had the big blow in game one and
Taylor Davis was the hitting star in the nightcap as LCC two-timed Green River 10-3 and 8-4 on Saturday April 23rd.
Gerlach hit a three run bomb, part of a 2 for 4, four RBI game. The offense backed starter
Tyler Parsons who went six innings, scattering nine hits with five strikeouts.
Toby Johnson had two hits and two RBI.Â
Riley Higgins and Davis also had two hits.
Anthony Gracia was stellar in relief, going three shutout innings allowing just one hit with four strikeouts.
Kade Kryzsko took the mound in game two and went seven innings for the complete game victory. His only big mistake was giving up a three run homer in the 3rd. Kryzsko's ERA is now at 1.82.
Davis had three hits and four RBI's to back Kryzsko.Â
Garrett Myers also had three hits. Gerlach contributed two basehits.
The Devils games at Puyallup on Sunday April 24th were rained out. The games will be played at Story Field on Tuesday April 26th at 2 pm. The Devils will be the visiting team in their home ballpark.
