Game Recap: Men's Basketball |

The Streaks at 10. Devils Rally To Beat Pierce.

The Lower Columbia men's basketball team took a five point halftime deficit and turned it into a 16 point victory over Pierce on Saturday February 6th.

The Red Devils beat the Raiders 86-70 fueled by a 51-30 advantage in the second half.  LCC has won 10 straight ballgames.

Lawrence Russell led the scoring with 18 points to go along with four assists.  Keun Palu-Thompson had 17 points along with five assists.

Marcus Lord had a solid game as the Devils were able to get passes over the top to set him up. Lord had 12 points.

Nate Solomon also had 12 points on four-of six shooting from beyond the arc.  Dalen Williams played the distributor as he had five assists in just under 10 minutes of play.

The Devils shot 54 percent from the floor.

LCC is now 8-0 in West Region play and 16-6 overall.  The teams head to Tacoma on Wednesday February 10th for an 8 pm tip off. The team then plays at Green River on Saturday February 13th, 5 pm start.

The next home game is Wednesday February 17th as Highline comes to town for an 8 pm tip on Red Canoe Credit Union Night and ASLCC Spirit Night.

The Devils 10 game win streak is the longest current streak in the NWAC.
