LCC head coach
Chad Meadors was excited to return for the 21st annual Everett Classic. He felt that it never hurts to get some experience on the floor that will host the NWAC Championships in March.
The Devils liked the surroundings as they went 3-0 to capture the Everett Classic championship.
The Devils defeated Linn Benton in the final 78-65 on Sunday December 11th.Â
Faye Chartraw had a great game with 27 points. The sophomore from Neah Bay was on fire, going 10 for 14 from the floor and hitting all five of her three point attempts. Chartraw was named to the all-tournament team following her big game.

Madison Hinrichs added five points, five rebounds and five assists against Linn Benton.Â
Tywanna Abbott had 11 points. Carrissa Cannon scored 10 with three steals and
Keahi-lele Roy contributed seven points and four boards.
Saturday the Devils got to the championship game with an 81-72 victory over Southwestern Oregon. LCC used a 28-12 third quarter to fuel the victory.
Hinrichs had 18 points, eight rebounds and five assists against SWOCC.
Madison Lord had a great game with a double-double of 17 points and 12 rebounds.
Cannon had 10 points,
Shanay Dotson added nine and Roy tallied eight points with four assists.
The Devils opened the tournament with an incredible 63-55 comeback victory over Spokane on Friday December 8th.
LCC was down 37-19 at halftime, but outscored Bigfoot 19-9 to get back into the game. With just under five minutes left, the Devils went on a 16-0 run to close the game.
Hinrichs led a balanced attack with 14 points.Â
Kaitlin Lewis had 13 points. Lord scored 12 before fouling out. Cannon had five rebounds and four assists.
LCC has won six straight as they get ready to host Clackamas on Tuesday December 13th at 6 pm. The game was orginally listed as a road game on several published schedules, but it will be played at Myklebust Gym.
