Box Score The Lower Columbia women's soccer team did a pretty good job of shaking off a bad loss at Columbia Basin by competing hard in a 5-3 loss at Yakima Valley on Thursday September 3rd.

Down 1-0 at half and 2-0 early in the second half, LCC tied up the match against YVC, only to see the Yaks reel off three straight goals.

Katlyn Bigley had two goals, including a late tally at the 89th minute.  Lily James continued her solid play as the Australian scored a goal and had an assist.

Whitney Lopez had eight saves on the day.

The Devils home opener is Wednesday Setpember 9th as they take on the Portland Panthers. The start time at Northlake Field is 4 pm.
