A check of the standings has the Lower Columbia College volleyball team on top of the West Region standings.
The Devils avenged an earlier home loss to Pierce by defeating the Raiders 3-1 in Lakewood on Wednesday October 21st.
The set scores were 25-18, 32-30, 21-25 and 25-16.
Rachel Erickson had 13 kills and 19 digs to lead the LCC attack.
Kylie Reinholdt had 34 digs and five assists against Pierce.Â
Kelsey Brown led in assists with 20 and
Haylee Savage had 16.
It was a total team effort for the Devils as
Kaysee Wohl had 9 kills,
Shelby Bergum added 8 kills and
Madison Raymond and
Sierra Addicott had 7 each.
The Devils are now tied with Highline and Tacoma at 5-2 in the West. The Devils will try and keep the momentum going when they host 3-3 Grays Harbor On Friday October 23rd. First serve is set for 7 pm at Myklebust Gymnasium.
