Game Recap: Women's Basketball |

No Teeth. Devils Blowout Gators.

The Lower Columbia women's basketball team spread out the minutes and put together an easy 80-33 win over the Green River Gators Monday January 12th.

All 12 LCC players logged at least 12 minutes as the Devils cruised to a 20 point halftime lead and then clamped down on the defense allowing just 11 second half points.

Kaylea Knox led LCC with 15 points.  Amanda Britt scored 14.  Knox and Britt combined to hit nine three's in 17 attempts.

Sierra Richards had nine points and 12 rebounds. Donniesha Webber had nine points and three steals.  Emily Griner also had nine points.

Every Red Devil player scored and 11 of the 12 players had at least one rebound.

With the win, the Devils are now 4-0 in West Region play. The overall record is 11-7.  LCC will enjoy the bye on Wednesday before heading back on the road at Pierce Saturday afternoon at 5 pm.
