DEVILS GO 4-0 AT DELTA PARK
The Lower Columbia softball team had a good weekend, winning all four games at the NWAACC Inter-Region affair at Delta Park in Portland.
With the wins, the Devils ran their winning streak to seven games and are now 9-1 on the season.
The weekend began Saturday with wins over Grays Harbor 10-0 and South Puget Sound 23-0.
Against the Chokers,
Ku'ulei Siolo hit a two run double in the second inning to jump start the offense. Siolo and
April Wells each had two hits.
Chelsey Miller had a triple and three RBI's.
Julia Breidt got the win for LCC. Ju Ju allowed just two hits and struck out 7.
In the blowout over the Clippers, LCC scored 11 runs in the third inning.
Haley Hibbs went deep and Siolo also hit a homer.
Sunday the Devils defeated Olympic 7-4 and took care of Everett 9-1 in five innings.
The Devils travel to Lakewood for a double header with Pierce on Saturday March 29th. Game times are 12 pm and 2 pm.
