DEVILS CHOMP THE GATORS IN AUBURN
The Lower Columbia women's basketball team clinched at least the #2 West Region seed with a victory at Green River on Monday February 17th.
The Devils beat the Gators 78-55 to improve their league record to 12-2. LCC needs help to gain a share of the league title as Clark remains with just one league loss with two games to go.
The Devil methodically took care of the Gators, racing out to a 43-28 lead at the half, then cruising to the victory.
Leading the way was freshman
Donniesha Webber, who had 14 points, four steals and two assists.
Arinesha Smith had 12 points and four assists.
Sierra Richards had 12 points and six boards.
Kaylea Knox also scored in double-figures with 11.
LCC will close out the home schedule with a rivalry game on Sophomore Night as the Centralia Blazers come to town on Wednesday. Tip-off is set for 6 pm.
Sophomores

Haley Hibbs, Smith and Haley VandeHazel will be honore prior to the game.
