Feels Good, Donut? Devils Win

The Lower Columbia women's soccer team snapped an 11 game losing streak with a 5-0 shuout of Grays Harbor on Wednesday October 8th.

Alison Rose scored two goals and had two assists to lead the Devils to the win.  Jade Reid had a pair of goals for the Devils.  Morgan Godinho scored a late goal to cap of the scoring, the first goal of her short soccer career.

Alexandria Aspinwall recorded her second shutout of the season, collecting three saves in the process.

It was a sweet victory. The Associated Students of LCC came to the game and provided fans with drinks and snacks during Spirit Day.  The Devils were presented with gifts and pastries afterwards.

LCC will try and start a winning streak when they host Olympic at 12 pm Saturday afternoon. The game will be played at Northlake Field, the 4th game os a six game homestand.
