Pierce Defends Home Court In 4-Set win Over LCC

The Red Devil volleyball team is in a tough spot.

LCC lost to Pierce 3-1 on Friday October 24th putting the Devils a loss away from NWAC tourney elimination.

The Raiders won the match 25-18, 25-16, 17-25 and 25-18.

Freshman Madison Studer led the net attack with 12 kills, while fellow freshman Kayla Keane had 26 assists.  Sophomores Shaina Gustafson and Bailey Mckee did all they could with 35 and 17 digs respectively.  

In need of a big run through the second half of the league season, the Devils need wins and plenty of help. The team is four games out of the final playoff spot with five matches to go.

Next up, the Devils travel to Clark for a 7 pm match on Wednesday October 29th.
