The injury depleted LCC women's soccer team had a tough chore on Saturday September 21st.

The Devils traveled to Eugene to play Lane knowing that just 10 players would be available. Despite that, the team battled through a scoreless 60 minutes before the Titans hit the net in the 62nd and 68th minute for a 2-0 victory.

LCC's Ali Rose had to leave the game late due to a sore leg meaning the Devils had to finish the match with just nine players on the field. The inspiring effort had head coach Harlan Cruser emotional after the game, stating "he's never been more proud of a group of players in his career".

LCC is hoping to have 12 players available when they head to Des Moines to take on Highline Wednesday September 25th. The match begins at 2 pm on the Highline campus.
