Price was the head coach of the volleyball team for 18 seasons from 1989-2006. During her tenure, the Red Devils won the NWAACC Championship in 1991, and placed third in ’93 and ’96 while compiling a 186-86 record. LCC also won seven Western Division titles, were unbeaten league champs in 1993 and 2004, and Price was named Western Division Coach of the Year seven times.

A graduate of Pacific Lutheran University where she played volleyball, Price also served as a coach and administrator of the Cowlitz Volleyball Club. She is also regarded as one of the top volleyball officials in Southwest Washington.

In 2014, Price and the 1991 volleyball championhip team were inducted into the NWAC Hall of Fame.
