During the Red Devils 1999 NWAC championship season, Lybrand pitched in 43 games and 280 innings, both school records. After taking a year away from softball, she returned to the Red Devils 2001 team and led them to another NWAC title and was named tourney MVP. She was an NFCA All-American her sophomore season. Lybrand is prominent in the LCC record book with most wins in a single season (32), most single season innings (280), and most games (43), all in the 1999 season. She went on to star at St. Martin’s College in Lacey.
